Requirements for the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant:

• Nurse Practitioner Degree (AGNP or FNP) or Master of Science in Physician Assistant Studies (PA)
• Active Colorado license
• Comfort with infusions, injections, phlebotomy, and other therapies (training provided)
• Board eligible or board certified
