This existing team of 2 Family Medicine Physicians, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and 1 Physicians Associate is adding another due to patient demand. This is an outpatient only, primary care opportunity for an NP or a PA who’s comfortable caring for patient across all ages.

Requirements for the Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate:
