About The Practice

This is an outpatient only, primary care private practice with multiple locations in Jacksonville. The owner and CMO is a family medicine physician. With recent expansion into Jacksonville, the organization is eager to welcome new physicians to its Southside Jacksonville, FL location.

The Opportunity

This is for a qualified Family Medicine Physician or Internal Medicine Physician to join its team in Jacksonville. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive primary care services to patients. Ages of the patients will depend on the specialty of the physician (i.e., a variety of ages for family medicine and adult-only for internal medicine).

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care
• Perform physical examinations, diagnose illnesses, and prescribe treatments
• Manage chronic conditions and acute illnesses
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and refer patients to specialists as needed
• Maintain accurate medical records and comply with HIPAA regulations

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification, board eligibility, or current resident in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to patient care
